Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. Kids Entertainment Proprietary Limited ACN 648 378 581 trading as Billy’s Shop (“we”, “us” or “our”) wish for you to have a positive purchasing experience when purchasing products (the Products) from our website, which is displayed at www.billyshop.au (the Website).

Please read these Purchase Terms and Conditions (the Purchase Terms) carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you when making a purchase.

Your completion and submission of your order signifies your agreement to be bound by the Purchase Terms, which constitute the agreement between Billy’s Shop and you. Any variation of the Purchase Terms must be in writing and signed by a representative of ours.


The person making a purchase via the Website will be deemed to have accepted these Purchase Terms on behalf of the persons or business entities named in the booking form (if different from the person making payment).

You accept total responsibility for the goods purchased by you and you use the goods at your own risk.

Purchase Price

All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you. Any errors or omission in pricing are unintentional and therefore we reserve the right to void any sales for products incorrectly priced. Unfortunately we do not have a price matching policy.


We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Deposit. Regardless of your payment method, you will receive a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.

Return of Goods

Any return of goods to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Delivery Details and Charges

You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of placing your order with us. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in your delivery details. Errors may include (but are not limited to); delivery to business premises without providing business/company name, incorrect postcode or suburb, missing unit or level number. Any such errors or omissions in your address details may result in delays or non-delivery of your order and as such you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement of goods or refund of shipping charges.

If for whatever reason you do not take delivery of your items or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us you will be entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred) or we can resend your order and you will be responsible to pay for the new delivery charges.

Extra fees charged to you by third party carriers which may include (but are not limited to) Australia Post parcel storage fees are the buyers responsibility and are not payable by us.

Delivery Times

Orders will be posted within 48 business hours after cleared payment has been received. We only ship orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude Victoria public holidays.

Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the expected lead time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund for either products or postage costs.

Cancellation/Modifications of Orders

Once your order has been submitted it immediately goes into the queue for processing. If you need to cancel or modify your order you need to contact us immediately to determine if we can accommodate any changes. We will happily help you where possible however please understand once your order has been picked and packed ready for shipment changes may not be possible. Any cancellations or modifications to existing orders will incur a 5% administration charge to the refund.

Title in Goods

Notwithstanding delivery of the Products, title in any particular Products will remain with us until you have paid and discharged any and all monies owing pursuant to any invoice issued by us in relation to the goods, including all applicable GST.

Risk in Goods

The risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery of the ordered goods to you.


The laws of Victoria govern this agreement.


From time to time we run promotions where coupon codes may be issued.

Valid coupon codes must be applied to shopping cart to redeem offers (enter into the ‘Apply Coupon Code?’ box).

Coupon codes are only valid for one use per customer for the promotional period stated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

Promotions apply for the cart value, product or category stated, excluding any shipping fees.

Free shipping promotions are for Regular Shipping only and are not valid for Express Shipping unless otherwise stated.

Coupon codes, special offers or promotional price reductions cannot apply to pre-existing orders.

Prices are as reflected on our website and stock is subject to availability.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for individual promotions.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
